Hair & personal-care packaging

A coordinated range that works in everyday use.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and scalp treatments belong to one brand, but they do not always need the same bottle or dispenser. PauPack helps connect the appearance of your collection while choosing the components around each product.

Plan the retail bottle, professional-use pack and travel size together, with a clear sample route for every format.

The needs behind the range

Start with the product, the hand and the setting.

A shelf presentation matters, but customers also notice how a cap opens, how a pump dispenses and how the bottle feels when filled.

Formula & dispensing

Discuss the formula category and desired dispensing experience before selecting a pump or opening. A shampoo, richer conditioner and fine spray may need different assemblies. Share the product team’s compatibility requirements and agree who will validate the intended formula.

Bathroom & salon handling

Review grip, stability and opening on filled samples. Consider wet hands, repeated use, storage position and professional handling. Include the label or decorative finish in that review so the pack remains usable as well as attractive.

Sizes & brand consistency

Coordinate shape language, colors and artwork across the collection. Keep capacity, closure and filling requirements specific to each item. A travel bottle or salon size should be reviewed as its own assembly, even when it shares the same visual identity.

Choose by use within the routine

Bring the proposed bottle and dispenser together early. The right combination depends on the contents and intended handling.

Development and supply

Keep the bottle, dispenser and finish in one brief.

We connect the selected packaging route with component matching and the agreed manufacturing scope. Your filling partner’s requirements should enter the discussion before the pack is approved.

A component-matching example

One bottle family can need more than one pump.

A matching shampoo and conditioner range may use a shared color and silhouette, with different dispensing requirements. Selecting both pumps only by appearance can leave important questions about output, actuation and fit unanswered.

Our bottle-and-pump development guide shows how to organize the assembly review. Use it as a planning example, then agree the checks around your own formulations and filling route.

Hair and body-care questions

Small details customers use every day.

Can shampoo and conditioner use a coordinated bottle family?

Yes, they can share a visual direction while using different dispensing choices. Compare opening size, pump or squeeze action and filled handling for each product. Keep the capacities and component references separate in the approval record.

What matters when packaging will be used with wet hands?

Review grip, cap opening and dispensing on filled samples under realistic handling conditions. Include the label or decorated surface and the exposure expected in use. Agree what needs to be checked with your product team.

Can one pump work across our entire personal-care range?

It may, but confirm it with each proposed formula and bottle. The desired output, actuation, dip tube, sealing and locking requirements can differ. Treat visual consistency and functional approval as related, separate decisions.

Should we use the same closure for travel and salon sizes?

Compare the handling and transport needs first. A travel pack may need a different opening or lock arrangement from a larger professional-use bottle. Review both assemblies rather than scaling the appearance alone.

How do we keep decoration consistent across different materials?

Approve physical finish references on the selected bottle materials. Compare them together under agreed conditions. Record artwork placement and acceptable variation, since the same color instruction can look different on another substrate or finish.

What information helps you quote a complete hair-care range?

Share the products, capacity and quantity for each size, formula categories, bottle references and preferred dispensers. Add decoration, paper-box needs, filling requirements and destination. Mark the parts already approved and the decisions still open.
