Filling brief
Collect the relevant handling, filling and closing conditions for the selected line.
Project Approaches
Connect a brand’s packaging direction with the practical requirements of the filling site. This development example follows bottle and closure selection, component version control and the handover of packaging for an OEM production program.

Your packaging choices

Collect the relevant handling, filling and closing conditions for the selected line.
Identify the bottle, closure and artwork combination for each customer SKU.
Use the intended assembly and finish when evaluating relevant handling questions.
Agree packing identification and which assembly operations happen before delivery.
01 / The filling brief
For an OEM or contract manufacturer, packaging needs to satisfy the customer while working within the intended filling and packing operation. PauPack helps bring those requirements into one discussion. Identify the brand's visual priorities, the product characteristics and the established operating constraints before narrowing the container and component options.
An approved artwork file does not settle every packaging decision. The selected bottle, dispenser, label area and carton still need to be connected to actual component references. Where several customer products are involved, keep the variations visible instead of describing the range as one generic pack.
02 / Supply handover
Specify which parts are supplied assembled, which components are delivered separately and what work remains at the filling site. Include the identification and packing requirements your team needs for receiving and handling the goods. PauPack can coordinate the bottle, closures, decoration and supporting cartons within the agreed scope.
For sample review, involve the people who will use the components. Their feedback can identify a practical concern that is not apparent from a product photograph. Record the accepted combination and any remaining checks before the order moves into production.
03 / Program control
A shared container platform can support several artworks or finishes, but each ordered version needs a clear identity. Connect the component list with the relevant customer artwork, finish standard and packing instructions. Before a repeat order, review any formula, component or presentation change. PauPack can help organize those packaging references so your team can discuss a new variant without losing track of the approved ones. The aim is a handover that purchasing, filling and quality teams can interpret consistently.

Packaging questions
Connect every version to a defined component list and approval reference. Identify which parts are shared and which differ by customer or product. Include the filling and receiving requirements with the supply scope, and review any proposed substitution before it reaches production.
This guide explains how PauPack approaches the packaging challenge. It does not report a named customer order or claim a measured project outcome. Discuss your requirements with us to identify the relevant development route and available project-specific references.
Record shared components alongside the artwork, decoration and packing unique to each customer or SKU. Keep approvals and filling requirements linked to the right version. This development approach helps organize the handoffs; it does not describe a documented individual customer order. Packaging For Contract Manufacturers →
Connect the bottle and closure drawings with the formula, filling conditions, line handling and assembly requirements. Review representative components with your filling team and identify the approvals each party needs. Carry the accepted combination into the production and packing specification.
