Engagement
Compare the bottle finish and cap or pump drawing, including the relevant tolerances.
Make your bottle and closure work as one assembly. We review the actual neck finish, sealing surfaces, pump or cap construction and assembly conditions so your samples answer questions about fit and dispensing before production.

PROJECT HANDOVER
Bottle and closure drawings, formula category and dispensing needs.
Review neck interface, liner, pump dimensions and actual assembly tests.
A component combination and test plan agreed for the intended use.
Your packaging choices

Compare the bottle finish and cap or pump drawing, including the relevant tolerances.
Review the liner, gasket or sealing surface in the intended assembled condition.
Check pump output, dip-tube length or dropper function with your product.
Include closing, transport and repeated-use conditions in the sample review.
Component fit, formula contact, decoration and distribution conditions should be reviewed together.
Bring the exact bottle and closure references, not only the nominal neck designation. Keep original and revised combinations identifiable when comparing samples. Leakage or poor dispensing can involve the interface, assembly conditions or formula, so the appropriate checks should use the actual components and intended use. A changed cap, liner or pump needs its own compatibility review.
The bottle and closure need to work as one assembly. A nominal neck size is a useful starting point, but it does not describe every feature that affects engagement or sealing. PauPack reviews the actual bottle finish, closure design and relevant component drawings together. For a dispensing pack, the discussion also includes the pump or sprayer, collar, dip tube and protective cap. For a jar, it may focus on the lid, liner and opening experience.
Your product and filling process provide the context. Tell us how the pack will be filled, closed, stored, transported and used. A combination that looks suitable in an empty sample still needs evaluation with the intended contents and handling conditions. We use that information to help narrow the component options and identify which checks belong in the sample review.
How a cap closes, how a pump unlocks and how a dropper is handled all affect the impression of your brand. We consider the assembled height, visual proportions and operation alongside the technical interface. If a decorative collar or heavier cap is proposed, it should be reviewed as part of the finished pack rather than selected from a photograph alone.
For repeat orders, keep the selected component references and agreed sample together. Substituting a visually similar closure can change the combination, even when the product name is the same. PauPack can coordinate a review of proposed alternatives before they enter production. Bring an existing sample, component references or drawings; we will help turn the matching question into a defined selection and validation plan.

Packaging questions
Custom colors, metallized parts, special actuators, decorative collars, inserts and specialized closure mechanisms can set the commercial minimum or extend the development route. The quotation should identify which part is controlling the assumption.
Surface finish, color, weight, collar detail, logo treatment and the relationship to the container can all change the perceived quality of the finished pack. Approve a complete assembled reference rather than approving the cap or pump in isolation.
Provide the container or neck specification, product use, expected dispense or closure function, capacity, target quantity, reference image, color and finish direction, market and required delivery timing. A matching bottle sample or drawing helps the team review feasibility accurately.
Review the actual neck finish, closure engagement, sealing parts, dip-tube length and assembly settings. Test the selected combination with the intended contents and filling method, including the storage and transport conditions relevant to the product. A matching nominal neck size does not by itself establish sealing or dispensing performance. Why Bottles And Pumps Leak →
Ask for the drawing and specification available for the selected bottle and component references. Useful details include nominal and brimful capacity, overall dimensions, neck finish, sealing interface and dispenser configuration. PauPack can coordinate the review; the available files and any confidentiality conditions depend on the actual model and development stage. Closures Compatibility →
