Dispensing format

Separate gel pumps from liquid spray requirements. Check delivery with the formulation intended for the finished product.

Materials and seals

Review the container, liner, pump and dip tube with the contents and storage conditions specified by your product team.

Refill handling

Consider opening access and the refill method, while keeping labeling and cleaning information suitable for the actual product.

Shipping state

Define whether the pack travels with a lock, overcap or separate component. Review the final filled and packed configuration.

One coordinated specification

Make the whole pack work together.

Everyday packaging is judged during use as well as on the shelf. Compare the filled bottle, closure and decorated surface in the setting where your product will be handled. A pump, squeeze body or flip-top creates a different experience. Your final choice should connect that experience with filling, assembly and packing.

We help connect the container, matching components, decoration and paper packaging so you can compare complete options. Your quotation can separate initial development from recurring production, with quantities and finish variants identified. This makes the scope easier to review before you commit to samples or tooling.

Keep the details that matter to your brand.

An existing shape with a different color, print or closure may achieve the look you want. Where the bottle itself needs a new form, we can review drawings, prototypes and the tooling scope. Compare these choices against the feature you want to change, your quantities and the required arrival date.

For a repeat range, retain the approved references for every version. When a material, component or artwork changes, review the affected samples before combining the revised parts with an existing order.

Your questions

Hand Sanitizer: details before you order.

What should I compare on the first sample?

Separate gel pumps from liquid spray requirements. Check delivery with the formulation intended for the finished product. Review the container, liner, pump and dip tube with the contents and storage conditions specified by your product team.

Which details belong in the finished-pack review?

Consider opening access and the refill method, while keeping labeling and cleaning information suitable for the actual product. Define whether the pack travels with a lock, overcap or separate component. Review the final filled and packed configuration.

Can I start with an existing format and customize the appearance?

Yes. Compare an available shape with your preferred color, artwork and compatible closure before deciding whether a new mold is needed. Keep the final component list and quantities by version together so the quote covers the pack you intend to supply.

How are quantities and timing confirmed for my order?

The selected container, accessories and decoration each affect the order minimum and schedule. We review these together with sampling, packing and your required arrival date. Confirm the agreed specification and approval steps before treating a preliminary timing estimate as a production commitment.

What should be confirmed before choosing a sanitizer bottle?

Provide the formulation category, filling conditions, intended dispensing and storage requirements to the responsible product team. Review the exact resin, closure and seal with the contents. A pump or bottle shape alone does not establish compatibility or suitability for that formulation. Closure Compatibility →
