2013Starting with molds
Our story began with injection and blow molds for bottles and caps. Tooling places the relationship between a drawing and a manufactured part at the center of the work: shape, dimensions and the way components meet all deserve attention.
That background remains relevant when a brand brings a distinctive bottle idea. The first conversation is about what the finished pack needs to do, which features can use an existing format and where a new design needs engineering review. A new mold is one possible route, chosen when the project requires it.

2014–2021Growing with international customers
During these years, PauPack expanded product lines and manufacturing capabilities while building customer relationships in Europe and North America. The packaging conversation grew beyond an individual part to the needs of a product range.
For a brand, those connections matter when bottles, closures and finishes need to work together. Our customer photographs and feedback provide a view of the people behind the business. They also lead to a practical discussion about your own products, markets and supply requirements, rather than assuming that a previous project answers every new brief.

2022Developing the glass packaging offer
The company history records investment in blow-molding technology and the establishment of a glass bottle factory in 2022. Glass became an important part of a broader packaging offer.
Choosing glass involves more than selecting a silhouette. The bottle neck, closure, decoration and protective packing affect the finished presentation. Our glass packaging pages bring these decisions together so you can compare formats before discussing the construction and sample requirements for your product. The appropriate production route follows that specification.

2023Broadening material choices
In 2023, our history highlights a wider focus on sustainable packaging options, including recyclable and biodegradable materials. These routes require different questions about the material, product and intended market.
Today, the conversation can include recycled content, refill systems and bio-based materials. We keep the proposed construction separate from any environmental claim: a material name alone does not establish how the complete pack will be collected or treated after use. Samples and applicable material information help you evaluate the option for the actual product.

2024Making the range easier to explore
PauPack continued developing European and American markets and online access to its packaging range. A clearer product starting point helps connect an early idea with a more useful technical conversation.
You can now explore by product family, industry, solution or material route. These paths answer different questions: what the pack looks like, how it will be used, which parts need coordination and what should be checked. The next step is to bring the relevant references together in a brief, with your product, quantities and intended presentation.

TodayBringing the complete pack together
With a coordinated production network, PauPack combines manufacturing resources with development and supply coordination. The aim is one connected project for premium bottles, pumps, caps, decoration and matching paper boxes.
For your team, that means discussing the component list, samples and finished presentation together. A quotation should identify what is included, while approvals should refer to the chosen materials, components and finish. Our role is to help connect these decisions from the first reference to the agreed production and packing scope.
