Ask for the document that answers your project question

Documentation is most useful when it relates to the item being selected. A manufacturing-system certificate, a material statement and a finished-package test report answer different questions. PauPack can help identify the relevant information for your container, components and production route. Share the requirement from your quality team so the request is directed to the correct item and scope.

Check the named organization, product reference, issue date and coverage when reviewing a document. If the proposed packaging changes, consider whether the previous evidence still applies. A document for another material or component should not be treated as confirmation of the current assembly.

Bring documentation into selection, not just the final handover

If a project needs specific material declarations or test evidence, raise that requirement while the packaging route is being compared. It can affect which component or production option is suitable. This avoids choosing a design first and discovering that the information required by your team is not available for that route.

The certificate references shown on the website provide context from the existing PauPack materials. Availability, validity and applicability should be reviewed for the selected project. We can discuss the document list alongside samples and specifications so your technical, procurement and product teams understand the basis of the selection.

PROJECT FAQ

Certifications — Questions & Answers

Is PauPack a single factory?

PauPack operates as an integrated packaging solutions partner coordinating specialized plastic, glass, closure and decoration resources.

How are projects managed?

Projects are assigned to product, engineering, quality and commercial owners based on complexity.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

Send the product requirements and your target dates. We will review the scope and discuss the information needed for the next project decision.

Which materials, components and finishes should I compare?

Glass, plastic and lower-impact material options each influence component fit, appearance, label or print response, weight, transit protection and supply conditions. Review the full package so the selected closure, decoration and secondary pack work with the chosen container.

What affects minimum quantities, samples and production timing?

MOQ and timing are usually controlled by the highest-minimum element in the finished package, such as the bottle, cap, pump, decoration batch, insert or carton. A useful proposal identifies that dependency and the approvals needed before production can start.

What needs approval before production?

Approve the assembled component set, material and finish reference, relevant fit or performance criteria, artwork, packing configuration, delivery instructions and any required project documentation. Record the decisions so every stakeholder works from the same version.

How should we use the certificates shown on this website?

Use them as a starting point for supplier qualification, then request the documents relevant to the proposed production route and item. Check the issuing party, scope and validity. A management-system certificate or a report for another product does not replace verification of your selected packaging. Quality Control Testing →
