Your packaging choices

Select related bottles and jars with the capacities and dispensing formats your products need.
Develop logo placement, color and decoration across the actual materials.
Choose pumps, caps and collars that fit both the container and the collection.
Coordinate labels, cartons and inserts with the fully assembled pack.
Component fit, formula contact, decoration and distribution conditions should be reviewed together.
Private-label packaging works best when the complete presentation is approved together. A familiar bottle can feel different with another cap or surface treatment, but those changes also affect the sample route and order minimums. Keep the agreed artwork, color and component references with each SKU. For a later range extension, use those references to maintain consistency while reviewing the new product’s function.
Private-label packaging can begin with an available container and build a distinct presentation through the closure, color, decoration and supporting box. PauPack helps review those choices as a coordinated set. The objective is to create a pack that fits your brand and product, while making practical use of an existing design where it is suitable.
Begin with the product list and the intended visual direction. Identify the elements that should remain consistent across the range and the differences that help customers recognize individual items. This gives the design discussion a clear purpose beyond applying a logo to a generic container.
The selected bottle or jar is only one part of the packaging scope. Clarify the pump or cap, decoration, labels, cartons and any assembly or packing requirements alongside it. That makes quotation comparisons more useful and helps your team understand how the finished pack will arrive.
PauPack can coordinate sample review around the complete presentation. Approve the combination of components and finishes, and keep the relevant references with the project. If the collection later expands into new sizes or additional products, use that approved direction as a starting point while reviewing each new item for its intended use. An existing platform can support a coherent range without requiring every format to be identical.

Packaging questions
The limiting item is usually the container, a custom closure, color batch, decoration process, insert or secondary pack with the highest manufacturing minimum. Identify that item early so the team can compare a faster stock alternative with the requested premium specification.
The brand should define the commercial and visual brief; the filler should confirm process-relevant requirements; and the packaging supplier should document the proposed components, samples, stated checks and production assumptions. A shared approval record avoids gaps at handover.
Approve the assembled system, material and finish reference, artwork, relevant fit or performance checks, packing configuration, quality criteria and delivery instructions. Any project-specific documentation should be confirmed before it is quoted or used in a market claim.
Use a consistent container where it suits the formula, then differentiate approved colors, artwork, closures or outer packs. Keep each brand version on a separate component and artwork record. Confirm the minimums and approval sample for each version before combining them into one order. Cosmetic Bottle Printing And Labels →
Send editable artwork, color and finish references, the selected container and the intended print or label area. Identify details that must align with the cap or box. Approve the actual decorated surface before relying on a rendering to set the production appearance.
The scope can include the primary container, closure or dispensing component, decorative finish, label or carton, protective packing and the project controls that bring them together. The exact system should be defined around product use, filling route, target market and commercial quantity.
