Check the conditions for the selected capacity, material and existing or custom mold.
The minimum for your complete pack may be set by the bottle, pump, cap, color, artwork or carton. Review each component and quantity split so the quoted MOQ describes the combination you intend to order.

Your packaging choices

Check the conditions for the selected capacity, material and existing or custom mold.
Identify any special cap, pump or decorative component with separate production requirements.
Separate quantities for each color, print or artwork version.
Include cartons, inserts and labels when comparing the total commitment.
The bottle, pump, cap, coating, printed artwork and paper box may each have a different production minimum. A bottle available in a small quantity does not establish the minimum for a decorated set. Ask which element controls the quoted quantity and whether alternatives are available for the first order.
An existing mold can avoid new shape development, but production may still be needed for your material, color and closure. Inventory, component availability and production scheduling need separate confirmation. Make the required version clear before treating a catalogue image as a ready-to-ship item.
List the planned units by capacity, color and artwork. Combining several designs into one collection does not automatically combine their production minimums. Where the appearance allows it, a shared bottle color or common closure can make the range easier to coordinate. Review how any remaining components will be used before ordering more than the first fill requires.
For an initial launch, compare an available format with a restrained finish against a more distinctive custom route. Include sample costs, packing and the total commitment, not only the unit price. A later repeat order can retain the approved components while introducing a considered change to decoration or a new size.
A complete pack may contain parts with different production and decoration requirements. The bottle, pump, cap, label and carton do not necessarily share the same ordering conditions. When comparing an option, ask which element determines the proposed minimum and whether the quantity refers to one size, one color, one artwork version or the combined project. That gives a more useful answer than a single quantity without context.
If your launch involves several variants, show the planned split rather than only the total. PauPack can then review whether an existing component platform, a shared finish or a staged development route is worth considering. The appropriate solution depends on the actual component combination and production scope. Discussing the structure of the order early helps keep the visual idea and commercial plan aligned.

Packaging questions
No single minimum describes every bottle and finished pack. The selected model, material, closure, color, decoration and paper packaging affect the quotation. Share the quantity split by version so we can compare the practical choices for your project.
They may require separate production runs or setup. Confirm the quantity for each color and artwork rather than assuming the combined collection total meets every minimum. A shared undecorated component may have different conditions from several finished versions.
No. An existing mold is a production option; available inventory is a separate question. Confirm the exact material, capacity, color, closure and quantity available, together with any decoration or assembly still required.
Compare an existing bottle shape, a readily matched closure and a smaller number of color or artwork variants. Keep the formula and functional checks. Simplifying appearance can reduce development work, but the finished-pack quantity and timing still need confirmation.
There is no single minimum for every perfume pack. An existing glass mold, a new bottle mold, a custom cap and a decorated carton can each have a different production minimum. Request the minimum per component, color and artwork, together with the tooling and sampling costs. Compare the complete order commitment rather than one bottle price. Yes. The bottle, decorated cap, dispenser and printed box may use different production runs. Ask for minimum quantities by component and artwork, and compare them with the planned launch mix. A shared bottle platform or fewer initial finish variants may simplify the first order where suitable. Stock Low Moq Packaging →
