Bottle
Capacity, proportions, material and filling requirements.
Glass bottles ↗Premium packaging design & development
Turn the shape, finish and feel you imagine into packaging that works in your customer’s hands. PauPack connects bottle design, compatible closures, decoration and paper boxes through one development process.
Start with an existing bottle, refine a collection or develop a new form. We help you compare the practical choices before committing to tooling.

Make the details work together
A bottle’s proportions draw attention. The cap, pump action and surface finish shape the experience that follows. A box should hold the pack securely and make the first opening feel considered.
We review those details together: the formula and filling conditions, how the pack will be handled, your visual references and the target cost. The result is a clearer choice of bottle, materials and components, with fewer decisions left until assembly.

Choose your starting point
Keep useful existing components. Invest in the details that give your collection its identity.

Bring the bottle, pump, cap and paper box into one coordinated specification, including the fit and finish of the assembled pack.
Explore complete systems ↗
Explore a different color, print, surface finish or compatible closure before choosing a new bottle mold.
Explore design & engineering ↗
Review a distinctive silhouette, capacity or neck design through drawings and prototypes, then agree the tooling route where needed.
Explore mold development ↗
Compare PCR, refillable and lighter constructions against appearance, formula compatibility and the collection’s intended use.
Explore sustainable options ↗One connected specification
Each part affects the others. Develop them as a system from the first design review.
Capacity, proportions, material and filling requirements.
Glass bottles ↗Neck fit, sealing, dose and the way the pack opens.
Matched components ↗Coating, print position and an agreed visual reference.
Decoration options ↗Presentation, protection and space for the finished pack.
Boxes & gift sets ↗From visual direction to production
A color on a screen cannot describe every surface. We develop the decoration alongside the bottle and closure, then use physical samples to agree how the complete pack should look and feel.
Compare clear, frosted, coated or printed finishes on the selected material. Consider grip, scuffing and the decoration area.
Review bottle, cap and carton colors together. Different substrates can make the same color reference look different.
Record the selected finish, artwork version and acceptable appearance range with the sample used for production review.

A clear development sequence
Compare references, product needs and existing formats. Agree the priorities for appearance, function and budget.
Develop drawings and prototypes. Review the bottle and closure interface before authorizing any new mold.
Assess decoration, dispensing, fit and packing with the selected components and the relevant filling conditions.
Work from the agreed specifications, sample references and inspection plan. Coordinate assembly, packing and subsequent orders.
A partner behind the complete pack
PauPack combines manufacturing and trading through a coordinated production network. Our story began with mold development in 2013 and grew to include bottles, components, decoration and coordinated packaging.
For your project, the useful evidence is specific: a drawing revision, representative samples, a component specification and the quality checks agreed for that pack. Review our history and manufacturing approach, then discuss the records relevant to your proposed construction.

People behind your packaging
Since 2013, PauPack has combined manufacturing and trade services for packaging projects. Investment in four factories supports our work across bottle development, production and complete packaging coordination.

Premium packaging questions
Yes. An existing bottle can take a new direction through its color, decoration, compatible closure and paper presentation. We compare this route with custom tooling so you can see which changes matter most to the collection.
We review the proportions, capacity, material, neck finish, closure interface and decoration area. Drawings and prototypes help resolve those choices while accounting for filling, handling and assembly.
Agree the drawing revision, material, critical dimensions and closure interface, together with tooling scope, ownership terms and sample milestones. A later change to the bottle or neck can affect both the mold and matching components.
Review the assembled bottle, closure and box. Check appearance, dispensing or sealing, component fit, artwork position and protection during handling. Keep the approved sample and written specification together for the next production review.
It can, when the material and construction suit the product. Compare sample color, surface finish, refill access and component performance. The appropriate recycled-content or end-of-life statement depends on the selected pack and its supporting information.
Look for a clear connection between brand design, engineering and manufacturing. Evaluate how the supplier coordinates the bottle, pump, finish and paper box, and how changes and sample approvals are recorded before production.
