Formula and output

Review priming, amount per stroke and actuator effort using the intended lotion rather than a substitute liquid.

Body construction

Compare filled weight, grip and bottle geometry. Keep material and neck references with the selected pump.

Remaining product

Check tube position and the amount that remains after normal dispensing. A taller bottle may change the practical experience.

Matched finishes

Approve the assembled bottle, collar, actuator and overcap side by side with the paper packaging.

One coordinated specification

Make the whole pack work together.

Everyday packaging is judged during use as well as on the shelf. Compare the filled bottle, closure and decorated surface in the setting where your product will be handled. A pump, squeeze body or flip-top creates a different experience. Your final choice should connect that experience with filling, assembly and packing.

We help connect the container, matching components, decoration and paper packaging so you can compare complete options. Your quotation can separate initial development from recurring production, with quantities and finish variants identified. This makes the scope easier to review before you commit to samples or tooling.

Keep the details that matter to your brand.

An existing shape with a different color, print or closure may achieve the look you want. Where the bottle itself needs a new form, we can review drawings, prototypes and the tooling scope. Compare these choices against the feature you want to change, your quantities and the required arrival date.

For a repeat range, retain the approved references for every version. When a material, component or artwork changes, review the affected samples before combining the revised parts with an existing order.

Your questions

Lotion Bottle: details before you order.

What should I compare on the first sample?

Review priming, amount per stroke and actuator effort using the intended lotion rather than a substitute liquid. Compare filled weight, grip and bottle geometry. Keep material and neck references with the selected pump.

Which details belong in the finished-pack review?

Check tube position and the amount that remains after normal dispensing. A taller bottle may change the practical experience. Approve the assembled bottle, collar, actuator and overcap side by side with the paper packaging.

Can I start with an existing format and customize the appearance?

Yes. Compare an available shape with your preferred color, artwork and compatible closure before deciding whether a new mold is needed. Keep the final component list and quantities by version together so the quote covers the pack you intend to supply.

How are quantities and timing confirmed for my order?

The selected container, accessories and decoration each affect the order minimum and schedule. We review these together with sampling, packing and your required arrival date. Confirm the agreed specification and approval steps before treating a preliminary timing estimate as a production commitment.

How should we choose a pump for a thick lotion?

Use the actual lotion to compare priming, delivery, actuator effort and product left near the end of use. Confirm the selected pump, dip tube and bottle together. A large-looking pump or a matching neck diameter alone cannot establish performance with your formula.

What should a lotion bottle quotation include beyond the bottle?

Include the pump or cap reference, collar finish, lock or overcap, decoration and paper packaging. Identify quantities by capacity and color. Ask which parts arrive assembled and keep the filling requirements with the quotation so that the price covers the intended finished pack.
