Glass appearance

Inspect the base, shoulders and visible glass distribution on samples. Assess the bottle with its intended fill level.

Neck and atomizer

Select the attachment method around your filling route and review the pump, neck and collar as a complete interface.

Cap detail

Check retention, alignment and opening feel on the actual collar. Include any inner fitting in the specification.

Finish and carton

Approve artwork placement and surface appearance with the final cap and insert, not only on an undecorated bottle.

One coordinated specification

Make the whole pack work together.

The first impression comes from the whole set: glass, atomizer, collar, cap and box. Small differences between those parts become visible when the pack is assembled. Compare an existing bottle with custom decoration before choosing a new mold, and review the final presentation alongside the filling and packing requirements.

We help connect the container, matching components, decoration and paper packaging so you can compare complete options. Your quotation can separate initial development from recurring production, with quantities and finish variants identified. This makes the scope easier to review before you commit to samples or tooling.

Keep the details that matter to your brand.

An existing shape with a different color, print or closure may achieve the look you want. Where the bottle itself needs a new form, we can review drawings, prototypes and the tooling scope. Compare these choices against the feature you want to change, your quantities and the required arrival date.

For a repeat range, retain the approved references for every version. When a material, component or artwork changes, review the affected samples before combining the revised parts with an existing order.

Your questions

Glass Perfume Bottles: details before you order.

What should I compare on the first sample?

Inspect the base, shoulders and visible glass distribution on samples. Assess the bottle with its intended fill level. Select the attachment method around your filling route and review the pump, neck and collar as a complete interface.

Which details belong in the finished-pack review?

Check retention, alignment and opening feel on the actual collar. Include any inner fitting in the specification. Approve artwork placement and surface appearance with the final cap and insert, not only on an undecorated bottle.

Can I start with an existing format and customize the appearance?

Yes. Compare an available shape with your preferred color, artwork and compatible closure before deciding whether a new mold is needed. Keep the final component list and quantities by version together so the quote covers the pack you intend to supply.

How are quantities and timing confirmed for my order?

The selected container, accessories and decoration each affect the order minimum and schedule. We review these together with sampling, packing and your required arrival date. Confirm the agreed specification and approval steps before treating a preliminary timing estimate as a production commitment.

How can our fragrance look distinctive without new bottle tooling?

Compare existing bottle proportions with a different cap, color treatment, printed artwork and a coordinated carton. Review the complete presentation at actual size. A new mold is most useful when the bottle geometry itself carries the identity and existing formats cannot achieve it.

What belongs in the approval sample for a fragrance collection?

Bring the bottle, atomizer, collar, cap, decoration and paper pack together. Check spray experience, cap engagement and presentation with the intended fragrance and filling route. Identify each component and artwork revision so that approval applies to the full set.
