One-stop packaging solutions

One packaging project. Bottle to finished box.

A beautiful bottle can still arrive with the wrong pump, a mismatched cap or an insert that does not fit. PauPack brings the container, dispensing components, decoration and paper packaging into one coordinated brief.

As an integrated manufacturing and trading partner through a coordinated production network, we connect development and supply around your finished pack.

Choose the right starting point

Build around what your project already has.

You may have a bottle reference, approved components or only a brand direction. The route depends on what needs to change.

An existing bottle, your identity

Start with an available container and compatible components. Develop the color, artwork and paper box around the chosen assembly. This route keeps attention on the details customers see and handle without assuming that a new mold is necessary.

A form developed for your brand

When shape is central to the concept, begin with design and engineering review. Decide which parts require custom development, then agree drawings and tooling scope before committing to production.

Review custom development

An established range, better coordinated

Bring the current component list, samples and specifications. We review the interfaces, supply responsibilities and presentation together. Identify what must stay fixed before considering a component change or supplier consolidation.

The complete packaging system

Four parts of the pack. One shared specification.

Keep the component list and artwork revisions together so the quotation, sample and order refer to the same finished set.

From brief to supply

Resolve the joins before they become separate jobs.

The working sequence is agreed around your project. Sampling and quality checks belong throughout development, with production release tied to the approved specification.

Know the partner behind the pack

See how development connects with manufacturing.

PauPack’s story began with mold development in 2013 and grew into a broader packaging offer. Our company history, manufacturing overview and customer feedback help you understand the people and capabilities behind a complete packaging project.

For a practical example, the supplier consolidation project guide shows how to bring component decisions into a common plan. It is a development example, with approval points you can apply to your own brief.

Complete-pack questions

What needs to be agreed together?

What does a complete packaging system include?

The agreed scope can bring together bottles or jars, pumps or closures, decoration, paper boxes, inserts and assembly. Your quotation should identify the included components and services. Filling is discussed separately with your filling partner.

Can you work with a bottle or pump we have already approved?

Yes. Share the approved sample, drawing and component reference first. We review the remaining parts around those fixed requirements. A change to one component may require the assembled pack to be checked again.

Which component determines the minimum order quantity?

There may be several minimums across bottles, components, decoration and paper packaging. Review quantities by size and color, then compare the complete set. An available bottle alone does not establish the minimum for a decorated, boxed collection.

What should a brand include in a brief for a supplier managing bottles, pumps, caps and decoration?

Send a list of products and capacities, formula categories, bottle references, dispensing needs, decoration artwork and paper-box requirements. Add quantities by size and color, delivery location and launch dates. Mark which parts are already approved. This gives PauPack one brief for the whole set and helps avoid gaps between separate component quotations.

How do we keep a bottle-and-box project from splitting into separate jobs?

Use one component list, a shared revision record and a named approval contact. Confirm assembly dimensions and appearance before final artwork and box production. Record responsibilities for each part, including any components supplied by your team.

What should we approve before releasing the order?

Approve the agreed sample, component specifications, decoration references and paper-pack details together. Confirm quantities, packing, delivery terms and outstanding checks in writing. Keep formula compatibility and filling validation assigned to the responsible teams.
