1. Website information
This website provides general information about PauPack’s packaging capabilities, materials, components, processes and project approach. Product images, illustrations and descriptions may show concepts or representative examples. They are not a warranty that every format, finish, material or service is available for every market, quantity or production date.
2. Quotations and approved specifications
A website page does not create a binding offer, specification, delivery promise or compliance statement. Pricing, MOQ, tooling, lead time, material grade, dimensions, decoration, testing, packaging and delivery are confirmed in the applicable quotation, drawings, approved sample and contract documents. If website information conflicts with those project documents, the executed project documents control.
3. Product, market and regulatory review
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether a proposed pack suits the intended contents, filling process, distribution conditions and destination-market requirements. PauPack can coordinate requested tests and documents, but the project team should confirm every requirement with qualified product, legal and regulatory specialists before production.
4. Certificates and supporting documents
Certificate and test summaries on this website provide an overview only. A current certificate or report should be checked for its holder, manufacturing site, scope, issue date, validity and the product or process to which it applies. No website statement extends a certificate’s scope or replaces a current controlled copy supplied for a project.
5. Intellectual property
The PauPack name, website text, original layouts, photography and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer trademarks, artwork and technical files remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce website material for commercial use without written permission. Project ownership and confidentiality terms are handled in the relevant agreement or NDA.
