Design and tooling
Turn the required form, capacity and component interfaces into a development brief.
Connect your packaging design with the people and processes that will make it. PauPack coordinates engineering, molds, glass and plastic production, decoration, component matching and assembly around your approved bottle and complete pack.

Your packaging choices

Turn the required form, capacity and component interfaces into a development brief.
Compare glass and plastic routes for the selected container and material.
Carry the visual reference through finishing and the complete component set.
Connect sample approval, inspection priorities, packing and dispatch.
DEVELOPMENT ROUTE
Compare an existing format, decorated stock and full custom development.
STAGE 02Review the shape, wall sections, neck interface and decoration area before finalizing the design.
STAGE 03Agree the tooling scope, ownership, trial samples and change process before work begins.
STAGE 04Review quotations, sample criteria and approval before production release.
STAGE 05Connect the approved drawing and sample to material, process and inspection requirements.
STAGE 06Define which components arrive assembled, how the pack is protected and who checks the finished set.
STAGE 07Confirm pack-out, inspection records, shipment identification and responsibilities at handover.
Quality checks run throughout the project. The exact scope, quotation, sample plan and production release are agreed for the selected route.

PROJECT FAQ
Yes. Engineering review helps identify closure, tolerance, tooling and decoration risks.
Yes. Functional assembly testing is recommended before mass production.
Inspection can cover dimensions, appearance, leakage, drop performance, closure fit, decoration adhesion and packing.
Review design and tooling alongside the processes needed for the selected material, decoration and assembly. Include the closure interface and quality checks early. Looking at these steps together helps distinguish a visual concept from the drawing, components and sample approvals needed for production. Design Engineering →
Review the actual neck finish, attachment, sealing parts and installed height. Check opening and closing on the intended container rather than judging compatibility by nominal diameter. The cap finish and weight should also be reviewed with the bottle so function and appearance are approved together.
