Your packaging choices

Use an established container and differentiate your pack through a cap, color, print or carton.
Develop a distinctive shape when available formats cannot deliver the proportions or function you need.
Coordinate several capacities, dispensers and outer packs through one shared visual direction.
Bring approved samples, component versions and filling requirements together before your order is released.

Decoration and brand consistency
Color, frosting, coating, screen printing, hot stamping, metallization, labeling, cap treatment and secondary packaging must be assessed as a combined finish system. A presentation sample can communicate an idea, but production needs an approved reference for color, placement, surface appearance, assembly and acceptable variation. The reference should be clear enough for a quality team to inspect without relying on an individual person's memory.
Ask early about decoration limits, printable areas, adhesion conditions, potential handling marks and the relationship between the container surface and the chosen process. A realistic finish plan also considers where the product will be filled, packed and shipped, because contact points and transit protection can affect the appearance delivered to the final market.
You may be selecting your first bottle, updating an existing collection or developing a form that is unique to your brand. PauPack's solutions connect those starting points with the relevant design, tooling, manufacturing and supporting-packaging work. Choose the project challenge that is closest to yours, then explore the linked product collections and capabilities. You can bring an early idea or a detailed specification; the next step is to make the open decisions clear.

Packaging questions
Glass, plastic and lower-impact material options each influence component fit, appearance, label or print response, weight, transit protection and supply conditions. Review the full package so the selected closure, decoration and secondary pack work with the chosen container.
MOQ and timing are usually controlled by the highest-minimum element in the finished package, such as the bottle, cap, pump, decoration batch, insert or carton. A useful proposal identifies that dependency and the approvals needed before production can start.
Approve the assembled component set, material and finish reference, relevant fit or performance criteria, artwork, packing configuration, delivery instructions and any required project documentation. Record the decisions so every stakeholder works from the same version.
Choose the decision you need to make: a new design, a coordinated bottle-and-box set, a focused first launch or clearer supply coordination. The solution pages connect that challenge to product choices and capabilities. Bring the parts already approved so the next discussion can focus on what remains open. Custom Project →
