Skincare packaging for a complete, considered routine.

A cleanser, serum and cream should feel like one collection, even when their formulas need different containers. PauPack brings cosmetic bottles, jars, pumps and paper boxes together, with material and dispensing choices made around each product.

Start with existing formats, develop a distinctive finish, or explore a custom shape where it adds value to your brand.

Your product comes first

Three decisions before choosing a bottle.

Bring the formula requirements and filling conditions into the conversation early. They help narrow cosmetic packaging materials and prevent a visual choice from becoming a difficult production decision.

How will it dispense?

Consider the amount used each time, product texture and where the pack will be handled. A treatment pump, dropper and wide-mouth jar create different experiences. Review the selected dispenser with the actual formula; a matching neck size alone does not establish performance.

How should the range feel?

Agree the proportions, colors and finish across the collection. Glass, plastic and paper reflect color differently, so compare physical samples together. Keep artwork areas, label edges and cap alignment in view as you refine the design.

What must the first order include?

List quantities by size and color, then include pumps, caps, decoration and cartons. A stock bottle may still need a separate minimum order for its finish or closure. Your filling partner’s requirements belong in the same brief.

From selection to an approved pack

One development route for the bottle, pump and box.

Our cosmetic and skincare packaging solution connects the visual brief with engineering, decoration and assembly. Existing molds may suit the collection; new tooling is considered when the chosen shape requires it.

A development example

A serum, a cream and a cleanser. One recognisable collection.

For a focused launch, existing bottles and jars can provide the starting point. A shared color direction, coordinated closures and matching cartons bring the range together without requiring a new mold for every item.

Our skincare launch guide explains the choices, quantity drivers and sample decisions to review. It is a planning example, with no claimed customer results.

Skincare packaging questions

Before you choose your collection.

How can a skincare collection look consistent across different formulas?

Start with a shared visual direction, then select the construction for each formula. Coordinate proportions, color and artwork across the chosen bottles and jars. Matching appearance does not require every product to use the same dispenser.

How does the formula affect packaging selection?

Formula contact, texture and filling conditions influence material and dispenser choices. Test the selected container and closure with the actual product. A familiar bottle shape or material name cannot replace compatibility review.

Should I choose glass or plastic skincare packaging?

Compare presentation, weight, handling and the required construction. Glass can suit a substantial presentation; plastic offers other weight and design possibilities. Review the complete pack and formula rather than treating either material as automatically better.

Can custom cosmetic packaging use an existing mold?

Yes, where an available shape meets the brief. Color, printing, closures and cartons can build a distinct collection around existing containers. New tooling is considered when the form or construction needs to change.

Can we include refillable packaging in the range?

Review a refill as a complete system: outer pack, replacement container, closure and consumer handling. Agree how the parts fit and what will be checked over the intended use cycle. Explore refillable packaging →

What information helps you prepare a quotation?

Share products and capacities, quantities by size and color, formula category, dispenser preference and a visual reference. Include paper boxes, target budget, filling requirements and delivery destination so the quotation covers the complete collection.
