FROM INDUSTRY TO A FORMAT
Your packaging choices

Choose clearly identified shampoo, wash and lotion containers for the intended space.
Review pump use, opening, replacement and compatibility with any mounting system.
Coordinate treatment-room packs with the products guests may take home.
Keep product references, compatible containers and handling instructions clear for staff.
Component fit, formula contact, decoration and distribution conditions should be reviewed together.
Share how the packaging will be installed, replenished and cleaned in your operation. The bottle and pump should suit those practices as well as the product formula. For a collection that spans several sizes, review each dispensing format while carrying common colors and decoration across the range. Your quotation should distinguish guest sizes, retail units and refill or bulk formats.
Hotel and spa packaging can connect the bathroom, treatment room and retail area through a recognizable design language. PauPack helps review the bottle family, closures, decoration and presentation around the atmosphere of the property. A guest-room amenity and a retail product may share a finish or silhouette while requiring different sizes and handling. Viewing them together helps maintain that relationship.
Describe where the products will be used and how they will be replenished. The daily routine of the staff and guest provides useful context for choosing a cap, pump or refill approach. The packaging should fit that routine as well as the visual concept.
For refill or larger dispensing formats, the practical questions extend beyond the container itself. How will the product be identified, handled, opened and replaced? Which components remain in use, and how will the intended combinations be kept clear? These details belong in the project discussion before the system is selected.
For smaller formats and gift sets, the priorities may include coordinated presentation, clear product distinction and protective packing. PauPack can bring those requirements together with the bottle and closure selection. Share the planned product range, setting, approximate quantities and brand references, and we can help define a packaging route that supports the guest experience and your team's working process.

Packaging questions
Glass, plastic and lower-impact material options each influence component fit, appearance, label or print response, weight, transit protection and supply conditions. Review the full package so the selected closure, decoration and secondary pack work with the chosen container.
Compare the requested differentiation, product function, quantity, budget, launch timing and need for a proprietary feature. The practical route is the one that meets the brand requirement with clear technical and commercial assumptions.
MOQ and timing are usually controlled by the highest-minimum element in the finished package, such as the bottle, cap, pump, decoration batch, insert or carton. A useful proposal identifies that dependency and the approvals needed before production can start.
Approve the assembled component set, material and finish reference, relevant fit or performance criteria, artwork, packing configuration, delivery instructions and any required project documentation. Record the decisions so every stakeholder works from the same version.
Define how staff fill, replace or clean the selected system and how guests dispense the product. Review the bottle, pump and any mounting arrangement under that use. Coordinate the label and refill identification so the operational routine is as clear as the guest-facing presentation. Refillable Skincare Packaging →
