Sample Matching
Share a reference bottle or drawing so we can compare the shape, material, neck and matching components.

BEFORE YOU START
Prepare the information that makes a review useful.
Include the product use, selected product or reference, quantity, market and timing. If a decision is still open, describe the question rather than guessing a specification.
Use the brief and review checklistsChoose the brief that fits the work.
Find packaging to match a reference sample. The form is designed to collect enough information for a useful response without making the first step difficult.

Packaging questions
Before you send your enquiry — Questions & Answers
What should I share for a useful packaging discussion?
Useful files include a current bottle or closure sample, dimensioned drawing, logo or artwork, mood board, product brief, packaging specification, destination-market notes and target delivery date. The team can then identify the missing information before sample or quotation work begins.
How are custom, sustainable and quality questions routed?
The initial brief should identify whether the priority is custom shape, premium decoration, recycled content, refill, formula or component compatibility, quality risk, MOQ or launch timing. This helps connect the enquiry to the relevant design, material, component and project-management discussion.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
The next step is normally a review of the brief, available product routes, commercial assumptions and missing technical inputs. For custom or higher-risk projects, feasibility and sample milestones should be agreed before a final production commitment is made.
Can we approve bottle and closure samples before ordering production quantities?
Yes. Request the intended bottle and closure combination and state whether you need an undecorated fit sample or a decorated approval sample. Review appearance and handling, then arrange formula and filling checks with your product team. Keep the accepted sample references and any changes in writing before releasing the production order. What makes a travel or discovery pack different from a full-size bottle?
Review portability, closure protection, artwork space and how the product is used away from home. A smaller capacity still needs its own component and packing checks. For a set, compare all formats with the insert and carton before fixing the collection layout.
