Packaging questions
Before you send your enquiry — Questions & Answers
Should your team start with Contact Us or the detailed RFQ route?
Use Contact Us when the project is early, confidential or needs a first feasibility conversation. Use the RFQ route when capacities, component needs, quantities and timing are already defined and the team needs a comparable commercial response.
What should I share for a useful packaging discussion?
Useful files include a current bottle or closure sample, dimensioned drawing, logo or artwork, mood board, product brief, packaging specification, destination-market notes and target delivery date. The team can then identify the missing information before sample or quotation work begins.
How are custom, sustainable and quality questions routed?
The initial brief should identify whether the priority is custom shape, premium decoration, recycled content, refill, formula or component compatibility, quality risk, MOQ or launch timing. This helps connect the enquiry to the relevant design, material, component and project-management discussion.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
The next step is normally a review of the brief, available product routes, commercial assumptions and missing technical inputs. For custom or higher-risk projects, feasibility and sample milestones should be agreed before a final production commitment is made.
Which enquiry route should I choose?
Use Quick Quote when the bottle and main requirements are already clear. Use Custom Project Brief for a new shape or complete collection, and Sample Matching when you have a reference to compare. Include the intended product and quantity whichever route you choose. Quick Product Quote →
