Gel or liquid

Choose the dispensing format around the actual formulation. A liquid mist sprayer is not interchangeable with a pump intended for gel.

Product-contact parts

Review the bottle resin, seals, pump materials and dip tube with the intended contents, filling conditions and storage plan.

Carry and dispense

For a portable pack, check opening, cap retention and accidental actuation. For a countertop pack, review stability and one-handed use.

Clear identification

Keep the usable label area, batch marking and required product information in view before fixing the bottle shape or artwork.

One coordinated specification

Make the whole pack work together.

Everyday packaging is judged during use as well as on the shelf. Compare the filled bottle, closure and decorated surface in the setting where your product will be handled. A pump, squeeze body or flip-top creates a different experience. Your final choice should connect that experience with filling, assembly and packing.

We help connect the container, matching components, decoration and paper packaging so you can compare complete options. Your quotation can separate initial development from recurring production, with quantities and finish variants identified. This makes the scope easier to review before you commit to samples or tooling.

Keep the details that matter to your brand.

An existing shape with a different color, print or closure may achieve the look you want. Where the bottle itself needs a new form, we can review drawings, prototypes and the tooling scope. Compare these choices against the feature you want to change, your quantities and the required arrival date.

For a repeat range, retain the approved references for every version. When a material, component or artwork changes, review the affected samples before combining the revised parts with an existing order.

Your questions

Hand Sanitizer: details before you order.

What should I compare on the first sample?

Choose the dispensing format around the actual formulation. A liquid mist sprayer is not interchangeable with a pump intended for gel. Review the bottle resin, seals, pump materials and dip tube with the intended contents, filling conditions and storage plan.

Which details belong in the finished-pack review?

For a portable pack, check opening, cap retention and accidental actuation. For a countertop pack, review stability and one-handed use. Keep the usable label area, batch marking and required product information in view before fixing the bottle shape or artwork.

Can I start with an existing format and customize the appearance?

Yes. Compare an available shape with your preferred color, artwork and compatible closure before deciding whether a new mold is needed. Keep the final component list and quantities by version together so the quote covers the pack you intend to supply.

How are quantities and timing confirmed for my order?

The selected container, accessories and decoration each affect the order minimum and schedule. We review these together with sampling, packing and your required arrival date. Confirm the agreed specification and approval steps before treating a preliminary timing estimate as a production commitment.

Should sanitizer use a spray or a pump?

Start with the intended application and formula behavior, then compare the dispensing experience of the selected assemblies. Review product-contact components and filling requirements with the product team. Confirm the closure, protection and transport checks before approving a format. Plastic Pump And Spray Bottles →
