Explore Bamboo and Wooden Caps with coordinated components, decoration and outer packaging. Share your capacity, finish and order requirements to define the next sampling or custom-development step.

THE PAUPACK APPROACH
Closures, pumps and dispensing components should be sourced as an assembled system, not as an isolated container. Start with the bottle neck, output, lock, dip tube, liner and intended user experience. Then compare PP, ABS, aluminum and other component materials selected by function, the selected pump, sprayer, dropper, cap or accessory assembled with the bottle, decoration, packing and the target quantity before requesting samples or a quotation.

SPECIFICATIONS & SUPPLY
Dimensions, materials and supply terms are confirmed for the selected model and complete assembly.
| Specification | What your quotation should define |
|---|---|
| Fit & dimensions | Component reference, overall dimensions and its interface with the intended bottle or jar. |
| Material & appearance | Compare PP, ABS, aluminum and other component materials selected by function against product use, desired transparency or color, surface quality, decoration approach, recycled-content direction and destination-market expectations. |
| Attachment & function | Mating finish, sealing surfaces and the opening, closing or dispensing function required from the assembly. |
| Matched components | Specify the pump, sprayer, dropper, cap or accessory assembled with the bottle as part of the assembled pack. |
| Color & decoration | Color reference, artwork area, print or coating process, and the assembled appearance sample. |
| MOQ & development | Compare stock, decorated, modified and custom development routes by the complete scope: component availability, MOQ driver, sampling gate, decoration, quality plan, production timing and delivery point. |
| Lead time & approvals | Confirm the sample stages, production start conditions and required arrival date together. |
| Packing & freight | Agree unit weight, units per case, case dimensions, pallet configuration and delivery point for the selected pack. |
Complete packaging system
For Bamboo and Wooden Caps, a production-ready system normally includes the selected primary container, component or closure, finished appearance, any label or secondary pack, protective export packing and a documented approval route. PauPack can help turn your references into a coordinated selection, with the open design and sample decisions clearly identified.

Stock versus custom
A stock route can be appropriate when the selected format, component and finish meet the commercial brief. A modified route may adjust color, decoration or an existing component. Custom tooling is considered when a brand requires a distinctive silhouette, proprietary feature or repeatable line-extension platform that available options cannot provide.
Quality and project risk
Confirm the approved visual reference, key dimensions, assembled component fit, dispensing or closure function where applicable, decoration placement, packing configuration and project-specific inspection requirements. Any material, compliance, recycled-content, performance or market claim must be supported by the selected product route and evidence available for that project.

Packaging questions
Mixed materials, metallized finishes, labels, inks, adhesives and non-removable accessories can alter sorting or recycling outcomes. Review the full assembly, including the cap or pump and secondary pack, instead of judging the container by itself.
PCR and recycled glass can influence color consistency, surface appearance, supply availability, decoration response, MOQ and commercial timing. These are project decisions to be tested against the approved visual reference, not defects to be hidden after a claim is chosen.
Ask for material scope, relevant supplier documentation, project-specific specifications, component breakdown and the conditions behind any stated recycled, refillable or recyclable attribute. Confirm the final wording against the destination market and responsible-party requirements.
Review the inner component, thread or attachment and sealing parts as well as the visible natural-material shell. Confirm the complete cap on the selected bottle. A natural exterior does not mean that every part of the closure has the same material or disposal route.
Compare samples showing the expected grain, shade and surface finish, and agree the acceptable visual range. View them with the bottle and decoration. Keep the sample reference and material description with the order so natural variation is discussed before production.
