THE PAUPACK APPROACH
Fine-mist and fragrance spray packaging should be sourced as an assembled system, not as an isolated container. Start with travel, personal-care and fragrance formats with defined neck and collar dimensions. Then compare glass, PET, PETG and aluminum-compatible component routes, the selected fine-mist sprayer, perfume pump, overcap or collar, decoration, packing and the target quantity before requesting samples or a quotation.

SPECIFICATIONS & SUPPLY
Dimensions, materials and supply terms are confirmed for the selected model and complete assembly.
| Specification | What your quotation should define |
|---|---|
| Structure & dimensions | Internal dimensions, assembled pack size, board or paper specification and the approved dieline revision. |
| Material & appearance | Compare glass, PET, PETG and aluminum-compatible component routes against product use, desired transparency or color, surface quality, decoration approach, recycled-content direction and destination-market expectations. |
| Support & protection | Insert geometry, contact points, opening sequence and protection for the finished bottle and decoration. |
| Complete-pack fit | Review the fully assembled bottle, cap and accessories inside the proposed carton or insert. |
| Color & decoration | Color reference, artwork area, print or coating process, and the assembled appearance sample. |
| MOQ & development | Compare stock, decorated, modified and custom development routes by the complete scope: component availability, MOQ driver, sampling gate, decoration, quality plan, production timing and delivery point. |
| Lead time & approvals | Confirm the sample stages, production start conditions and required arrival date together. |
| Packing & freight | Agree unit weight, units per case, case dimensions, pallet configuration and delivery point for the selected pack. |
Complete packaging system
For Perfume Boxes and Inserts, a production-ready system normally includes the selected primary container, component or closure, finished appearance, any label or secondary pack, protective export packing and a documented approval route. PauPack can help turn your references into a coordinated selection, with the open design and sample decisions clearly identified.

Stock versus custom
A stock route can be appropriate when the selected format, component and finish meet the commercial brief. A modified route may adjust color, decoration or an existing component. Custom tooling is considered when a brand requires a distinctive silhouette, proprietary feature or repeatable line-extension platform that available options cannot provide.
Quality and project risk
Confirm the approved visual reference, key dimensions, assembled component fit, dispensing or closure function where applicable, decoration placement, packing configuration and project-specific inspection requirements. Any material, compliance, recycled-content, performance or market claim must be supported by the selected product route and evidence available for that project.

Packaging questions
Consider tooling where the bottle profile, base, shoulder, logo feature or component interface is central to the brand and cannot be achieved through stock decoration or an existing platform. Confirm feasibility, tooling milestones, samples and commercial assumptions before release.
Heavier glass and distinctive geometry can improve shelf presence but influence freight, protective packing, handling and yield assumptions. Frosting, coating, printing and metallization should be reviewed with the surface and transit route to protect the approved finish.
Approve the assembled bottle, collar or pump, cap, decoration, label or carton, packing method and relevant quality criteria. Record the approved visual reference and component list so later samples are compared against the same commercial scope.
Start once the assembled bottle dimensions and presentation are clear enough to compare structures. Finalize the insert and internal space using the approved bottle, pump or cap. This keeps the opening experience and protection connected instead of treating the carton as artwork around an estimated size.
Check the fit of the finished bottle, the insert, opening and closure, artwork placement and surface finish. Review how the product is removed and how the pack is shipped. Keep retail presentation and transit protection in the same packing discussion.
