Unique Products / PauPack
Explore Trigger Sprayers with coordinated components, decoration and outer packaging. Share your capacity, finish and order requirements to define the next sampling or custom-development step.

THE PAUPACK APPROACH
Plastic bottle and jar packaging should be sourced as an assembled system, not as an isolated container. Start with the use case, capacity, wall profile, color and commercial volume. Then compare PET, PETG, HDPE, PP, PCR-content and selected bio-based routes, the selected pump, sprayer, cap, flip-top or dispensing accessory, decoration, packing and the target quantity before requesting samples or a quotation.

SPECIFICATIONS & SUPPLY
Dimensions, materials and supply terms are confirmed for the selected model and complete assembly.
| Specification | What your quotation should define |
|---|---|
| Fit & dimensions | Component reference, overall dimensions and its interface with the intended bottle or jar. |
| Material & appearance | Compare PET, PETG, HDPE, PP, PCR-content and selected bio-based routes against product use, desired transparency or color, surface quality, decoration approach, recycled-content direction and destination-market expectations. |
| Attachment & function | Mating finish, sealing surfaces and the opening, closing or dispensing function required from the assembly. |
| Matched components | Specify the pump, sprayer, cap, flip-top or dispensing accessory as part of the assembled pack. |
| Color & decoration | Color reference, artwork area, print or coating process, and the assembled appearance sample. |
| MOQ & development | Compare stock, decorated, modified and custom development routes by the complete scope: component availability, MOQ driver, sampling gate, decoration, quality plan, production timing and delivery point. |
| Lead time & approvals | Confirm the sample stages, production start conditions and required arrival date together. |
| Packing & freight | Agree unit weight, units per case, case dimensions, pallet configuration and delivery point for the selected pack. |
Complete packaging system
For Trigger Sprayers, a production-ready system normally includes the selected primary container, component or closure, finished appearance, any label or secondary pack, protective export packing and a documented approval route. PauPack can help turn your references into a coordinated selection, with the open design and sample decisions clearly identified.

Stock versus custom
A stock route can be appropriate when the selected format, component and finish meet the commercial brief. A modified route may adjust color, decoration or an existing component. Custom tooling is considered when a brand requires a distinctive silhouette, proprietary feature or repeatable line-extension platform that available options cannot provide.
Quality and project risk
Confirm the approved visual reference, key dimensions, assembled component fit, dispensing or closure function where applicable, decoration placement, packing configuration and project-specific inspection requirements. Any material, compliance, recycled-content, performance or market claim must be supported by the selected product route and evidence available for that project.

Packaging questions
Custom colors, metallized parts, special actuators, decorative collars, inserts and specialized closure mechanisms can set the commercial minimum or extend the development route. The quotation should identify which part is controlling the assumption.
Surface finish, color, weight, collar detail, logo treatment and the relationship to the container can all change the perceived quality of the finished pack. Approve a complete assembled reference rather than approving the cap or pump in isolation.
Provide the container or neck specification, product use, expected dispense or closure function, capacity, target quantity, reference image, color and finish direction, market and required delivery timing. A matching bottle sample or drawing helps the team review feasibility accurately.
Compare the intended spray pattern, hand action, nozzle settings and lock position with your product. Check bottle stability and the installed dip tube as part of the sample. The correct trigger is defined by the application and assembled performance, not simply its external shape.
Agree the nozzle or lock position, closure application and protective packing for the selected assembly. Review leakage and handling under the distribution conditions relevant to your product. Confirm the installed trigger dimensions before approving cases or e-commerce packaging.
