Glass does not travel alone. The product adds mass, changes the center of gravity and creates leakage evidence that water or an empty sample may not reproduce. Weigh units when mass change is part of the acceptance method. A beautiful dry bottle that survives a drop tells the brand very little about the filled dispenser it intends to sell.
Build the Pack-Out Around Controlled Contact
The insert must restrain the bottle without turning every vibration into a hard rub point. Check clearance around the pump and cap, support under the base, separation between adjacent glass, movement inside the cell and the direction of load when cases stack. If the retail carton is part of the protection, include the production-intent board, coating, folds and closure method.

“No damage” is not a usable criterion.
